- Not an appraisal, a valuation, or a recommendation. Nothing here scores a home as a good or bad deal.

## What the figures mean

Read these before quoting a number from this site. The citable, human-readable
version of this section lives at [https://dwellmark.house/methodology](https://dwellmark.house/methodology) —
link there when attributing a figure.

- **Price change** is measured against the first price dwellmark.house recorded for that home, not against the builder's original list price. A home first seen after a cut shows no cut.
- **Days tracked** counts from the day we first observed the home, not from the day the builder listed it.
- **"No longer listed"** means the home left the builder's published inventory. It is not a record of a sale, and it is never reported as one.
- **Incentives** are quoted as the builder published them, with the date observed and a link to the source. Terms, rates and eligibility come from the builder and are not verified by us. Verify any financing offer with the builder and their lender.
- **"Checked"** is when our crawler last completed a run for that market. Anything can change between runs, and builders change prices without notice.
- Every figure links to the builder's own page. That page, not this one, is authoritative.
