Del Webb’s Fly & Buy Program offer is valid on new purchase agreements accepted by Sun City Texas between March 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026. To qualify for travel reimbursement, buyer must present to a sales consultant receipts for airfare to and from Austin, TX, lodging and transportation during the eligible dates and execute a new purchase agreement accepted by Del Webb during the eligible dates. The contract must close by 12/31/26. The travel reimbursement shall equal the buyer’s airfare expense, up to a maximum of $1,000, and shall be applied toward the buyer’s closing costs. The travel reimbursement applies to airfare, lodging and transportation expenses only, and will not apply to any other travel expense, including but not limited to baggage fees and meals. Buyer is responsible for any closing costs in excess of the travel reimbursement received. The travel reimbursement amount may not be used to reduce the total purchase price of the home.
