New construction, tracked over time

Know when builders blink.

Track new homes, price cuts and builder incentives across the Seattle communities you’re considering — read from builders’ own sites, dated, and kept.

Independent tracking. No paid placements. The builder’s own page stays authoritative.

Observed records, not appraisals or recommendations. A change is measured from the first price Dwellmark recorded, not the builder’s original list price.

A clearer way home

The listings tell you what.
We show you what changed.

Most home searches are a snapshot. Dwellmark keeps the dated record behind it, so you can tell a price that just moved from a price that has been sitting.

  1. Builders publish. We pay attention.

Prices, availability and published offers, read from the builders’ own websites — the pages that stay authoritative.

  2. Every change gets a date.

We check tracked builder inventory on a daily schedule and record each change we observe, with the day we saw it.

  3. Your shortlist, in the loop.

Save a home or a search and we will tell you when its price, its offer or its move-in date moves.

Good timing starts with good information

Less refreshing. More living.

Save the homes and searches you care about in Seattle. We will watch the builders’ pages and tell you what moved.

On your side of the search.

Dwellmark independently records inventory, pricing and incentive changes from builders’ own websites. It is not a brokerage, is not affiliated with the builders shown and is not paid by them. Price changes are measured from when Dwellmark first tracked a home, not from the builder’s original list price, and market figures describe the builders we track rather than the whole metro.
